+ Where can I buy a Superfly X?

Superfly X trampolines are sold exclusively at www.tradetested.co.nz

+ How do I select the pad design I want?

You get both! The pad has the camo design on one side and the black design on the other, all you need to do is turn it over to switch between designs.

+ What is the product warranty?

We have the same warranty on all sizes

• 10 Years frame

• 5 Years jump mat and springs

• 3 Years spring pad and safety net

+ Do you have replacement parts available?

Yes we do just call us and we can arrange to send them out to you.

+ Can you secure these tot he ground for windy areas?

All Superfly X tramps come with ground anchors that you twist into the turf. However we recommend not placing in exposed areas and to remove the net if there is a big storm on the way.

+ Does it include the ladder?

Yes all of our trampolines come with a ladder included.

+ Can the net be removed?

Yes however we recommend always using the safety net.

+ How much is shipping?

Superfly X are exclusive to www.tradetested.co.nz add your size to cart and enter your address to view your personal shipping cost.

+ How long is installation?

It will take 2 adults around 2 hours.

+ Do you offer installation services?

Yes we can recommend companies near you that can install for you please call 0800 800 880 when you purchase and they can book installation for you.
